Location and staff were great
There was no tea, coffee, cups, or glasses provided. Although a coffee machine was available, there were no amenities supplied, including milk.

Location to public transport, shops and the SCG. Staff were great. Food was great also
The TV needed a login and wouldn’t work without internet which wasn’t working

I liked the beds as they were comfy
Every 5 mins there was a train that was rattling the whole building and it was extremely loud. The lights were very dim so you couldn't see anything. The TV had one Chanel that I had to set up myself. The windows wouldn't lock so people could climb up and get into the windows if they wanted to I felt very unsafe as the windows were massive windows that anyone could open.
