Great location in Buxton with restaurants, cafes and pubs on the doorstep. I especially liked Rasa Cafe for great coffee and had a fabulous lamb casserole at the Olive Tree. Town centre is just an easy 5 min walk away.
The room itself was really clean and super cosy. Decorated recently by the look of it to a high standard. It felt quite luxurious. The bed and bed linen was amazingly comfortable - I had a great night's sleep. Check in was a breeze.
Everything was great. The only things that would've made it even better for me would be:
Being able to open the main window to get fresh air in (it was stuck or fixed closed) but there was a window up on the mezzanine so not a big deal.
Some milk! It was great that good tea and decent coffee were provided but (like many people) I drink both with a dash of milk so they were frustratingly of no use.

Lovely room and bathroom. Quiet, convenient location. Appreciated the preload TV players as overseas visitors cannot usually access these. Also liked the good size refrigerator
Could use a few plates and cutlery for biscuits, cakes fruit etc.
You never meet the staff so unable to comment.
