First off, this is a real home - not just an empty box filled with old Ikea furniture. You can feel the years of thoughtful planning that went into it. When you enter, you feel special. Second, this neighborhood is, to me, the ideal one for a visit to Florence. It is authentically Florentine, literal steps away from the center, and the Tram is immediately around the corner in Piazza della Libertà (30 minutes to the airport for 2 euro btw)
I can’t say I disliked a thing. The place was clean, homey and comfortable, easy to get into, and the booklet the owners left was super thorough and helpful.
