I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Madinah Gate. I would especially like to thank Efaz, who was incredibly helpful and kind. He assisted me perfectly with my check-out and, most importantly, personally accompanied me all the way to the train station. I truly appreciated this gesture and his exceptional hospitality. I’m sorry that I don’t remember everyone’s names, but I would also like to thank the entire team. Everyone was extremely welcoming, professional, helpful and kind throughout my stay. The service was truly excellent. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay in Madinah so pleasant and memorable. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel.
