The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. There is a great view from the windows and two loggias. It features two bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Hot water is always available in the shower, and there is an ample supply of towels, as well as shampoo and shower gel. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances—refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher, along with dishes, spices, tea, coffee, sugar, and drinking water. A washing machine is provided, as well as cleaning products and detergent pods for laundry and the dishwasher. There is a reliable elevator. The apartment is located right in the city center, just three minutes from the coast and three minutes from grocery stores. The host is very kind and helpful.

These issues stem from the location rather than the apartment itself: finding a parking spot near the building in the evening isn't always quick or easy, though spaces can be found within a 3–5 minute walk. A garbage truck comes by very early in the morning or late at night, making noise right outside the windows. Otherwise, it is quiet at night—both from the street and the neighbors, and planes don't start flying until around 7 a.m.
