The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The location was convenient, especially for getting to the airport bus stop. Breakfast was simple but enjoyable, with fresh fruit, bread, kimchi, and traditional Korean rice cakes. The self check-in process was easy and convenient. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.
There was no elevator, which was the main inconvenience, especially when carrying heavy luggage upstairs. It would be helpful if this information was made very clear before booking. Other than that, we had a good experience.

The room for the price was very comfortable. Bathroom and shower were fantastic and beautiful not water after a long day walking in the rain. Tye breakfast was amazing and did not need to ever eat lunch (probably a minus since I missed out on eating at a lot of restaurants).
The staff is excellent and slept like a baby.
Only complaint is the location. If you plan to go on a lot of day tours the place is not convenient. You have to go 45-60 minutes to meet your tour then have to get back after. It was convenient to Olympic Park and I did enjoy the local flavor around the place. 2 local markets nearby.
