The Space:

Villa Verabetta offers comfortable indoor space, thoughtfully arranged for couples, families or small groups of up to 6 guests.

The villa features two double bedrooms, each designed as a quiet and welcoming place to rest after a day by the sea or exploring San Vito Lo Capo.

The living room provides a relaxed space to unwind and includes a sofa bed for additional guests.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to enjoy the villa in complete independence and includes a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, cookware and tableware.

Two full bathrooms add comfort and practicality, particularly for families or two couples travelling together.

Outside is where Villa Verabetta truly reveals its character.

A Mediterranean garden surrounds several private outdoor areas designed to be enjoyed throughout the day. At the heart of the property is the private swimming pool, featuring hydromassage jets and complemented by sun loungers and an outdoor shower.

The veranda and terrace offer additional spaces for breakfast outdoors, a quiet afternoon, an aperitivo or dinner during the warm Sicilian evenings.

Air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, a washing machine and private on-site parking complete the villa’s amenities.

Its location makes the villa an excellent base for discovering the surrounding coastline and some of Western Sicily’s most distinctive landscapes.

The Macari coastline, Castelluzzo, Monte Cofano and the Zingaro Nature Reserve are all within easy reach, offering beaches, coves, scenic trails and some of the most authentic landscapes in the area. The guest guide also highlights nearby coastal spots and nature experiences throughout the territory.

San Vito Lo Capo combines one of Sicily’s most celebrated beaches with restaurants, cafés, local shops and a strong Mediterranean identity.

The value of Villa Verabetta’s location lies in its balance: close enough to enjoy San Vito Lo Capo, yet sufficiently secluded to return to peace and privacy at the end of the day.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, while check-out is from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. We kindly ask guests to share their expected arrival time in advance.

Late check-in outside the scheduled hours and early check-out during night-time hours are available by prior arrangement and are subject to a €50 supplement per group.

A €200 refundable damage deposit is required upon arrival and returned at check-out following a brief inspection of the villa.

During your stay, a complimentary parking pass is also available, linked to the vehicle registration number and valid in the authorised parking areas of San Vito Lo Capo.

A small added service designed to make reaching the town centre easier and allow complimentary parking in the designated areas.



Interaction with Guests:

Check-in is carried out in person, allowing us to personally welcome guests and introduce them to the villa.
