Set in the tranquil Les Villas des Greens du Bassin, this spacious villa blends classic Landaise architecture with all the comforts of home. With three serene bedrooms, a cozy mezzanine with two single beds, and two full bathrooms, it’s ideal for families or groups of up to eight. The airy living room opens to a private terrace and fenced garden—perfect for sun-soaked lunches or relaxing with a book by the pool. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and inviting living space with TV and a double sofa bed.

Located right on the edge of the Gujan-Mestras golf course, you're a short drive from the golden beaches of Arcachon Bay, the majestic Dune du Pilat, and scenic bike trails through pine forests. Enjoy fresh oysters in the nearby fishing village or explore local markets bursting with southwest flavors. After a day of exploring, cool off in your private pool (open May to September) or unwind under the stars on your peaceful terrace.

Four-legged guests are welcome! Your fenced garden offers a secure space for pets, and the nearby Domaine de Certes-Graveyron nature reserve has dog-friendly walking trails with stunning marshland views. Head to nearby La Hume beach, where pets can splash freely during designated hours, or visit local cafés with outdoor terraces that welcome dogs. At this villa, everyone—human and furry—can relax and feel at home.
