"Blue Canneto" is located in the heart of the historic center, in the typical "caruggi," just a stone's throw from the Cathedral, the Palazzo Ducale, and the Aquarium.
Located on the 4th floor of a 15th-century building with a convenient elevator, it is bright thanks to its large windows and ceilings over 3 meters high.
During the recent renovation, period materials and finishes in the Genoese style were preserved, while overall comfort was enhanced (air conditioning, double-glazed windows, Wi-Fi, fiber-optic internet, Smart TV).

The apartment is a perfect blend of old and new, where blue accents keep the “presence” of the sea—the soul of Genoa—alive.
The original cement tile and terrazzo flooring in the typical Genoese pattern, the tall pinewood windows from the last century, the original wooden doors, and the slate accents (the typical Ligurian stone) provide the perfect backdrop for contemporary furnishings that ensure modern comfort, such as the fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, designer chairs and lamp, and a sofa that easily converts into a 160x200 cm double bed equipped with a 17 cm-thick MEMORY foam mattress.

Two types of pillows are available for guests: classic (softer) and memory foam.
The bed linens and bath towels have been carefully selected to ensure maximum comfort, a restful sleep, and personal care.

The apartment is equipped with a high-performance, quiet, state-of-the-art air conditioner as well as a 32" HD Smart TV

The private bathroom features a sink, toilet, bidet, and a spacious 70x90 cm shower with a thermostatic mixer that ensures a constant temperature while showering.

Upon request, you can use a private covered parking lot—open 24 hours a day and equipped with video surveillance—at a special rate of €15 per night of your stay.
I will be happy to provide you with detailed directions on how to get there and accompany you first to the parking lot and then to the apartment, helping you carry your luggage. However, you can also drive up to within 50 meters of the apartment for convenient loading and unloading of luggage.

The apartment is located in the heart of an area full of shops, bars, and restaurants, enlivened by a vibrant nightlife.
Just a short walk from the apartment, you’ll easily find historic cafés, churches with famous paintings, traditional trattorias serving Ligurian cuisine, gourmet restaurants, bakeries where you can buy authentic “focaccia di Genova,” a variety of shops, and supermarkets.
The Palazzo Ducale, with its major exhibitions, is 100 meters away.
The Aquarium and the piers of the Porto Antico are just a 5-minute leisurely stroll away through the “caruggi.”

To visit places outside the historic center, simply head to the nearby Piazza de Ferrari (200 m), a hub for many bus and metro lines. This makes getting around the city more convenient and eco-friendly.
