Cocoonr is offering this detached house in Briec for rent. It has a floor area of 65 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The various rooms in the house are spread over the ground floor and first floor.
On the ground floor, you will find:
- A living area with a TV, a sofa and a dining area
- An open-plan fitted kitchen, including: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs...
- A shower room with shower and toilet
On the first floor, you will find:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190)
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 4m² terrace to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally situated in Briec, in a very pleasant setting close to the town centre. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Things to do:
- Karreg an Tan viewpoint (La Roche du Feu), around 10 km away
- Quimper, around 19 km away
- Trévarez Estate, 20 km away
- Walks and hikes in the surrounding area
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Quimper, 20 km away
- Nearest airport: Brest Bretagne, 60 km away
