Character and warmth define this inviting retreat, where exposed stone, timber details and a wood-burning stove create a distinctly rustic atmosphere. Natural light enters through the window beside a quirky bar area, while carefully chosen decorative pieces give the interior an individual, lived-in feel. After days spent outdoors, guests can settle beside the fire, enjoy a film in the cinema room or make use of the fitness room. Outside, the swimming pool adds another way to unwind, complemented by views towards the lake. The peaceful setting around Saint-Jal invites exploration of the Corrèze countryside, with wooded landscapes, quiet lanes and walking routes typical of this green corner of France. Nearby, the medieval town of Uzerche rewards a visit with its historic streets and riverside setting, while local markets and regional cuisine offer a taste of Limousin traditions.
