What We Love

Step through the warm hallway and you're straight into the good stuff. This home is dripping with artwork, an eclectic, funky collection covering nearly every wall, and it sets the tone for the whole stay: relaxed, and full of character. It opens onto a bright, open-plan living, dining and kitchen space, where a run of glass doors seamlessly connects the indoor and outdoor areas. Timber floors and a gallery wall running through almost every room keep things easy and unpretentious, layered with a mix of vintage and contemporary furniture.

The kitchen is fitted with a terrazzo island and benchtops, a cooktop and a full-size fridge freezer, with bar stool seating for five along the island. The adjoining dining area seats eight at an oval timber table beneath a bank of skylights that runs the length of the stairwell, flooding the ground floor with natural light. Through the folding glass doors from the living area, the fun continues outside: a Gozney pizza oven and hot plate, a table for six and a bench seat running the length of the yard. The pool sits alongside the deck, and a freestanding cedar sauna with its own outdoor shower is tucked into the corner of the garden.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed, a private balcony framed by bougainvillea, and an ensuite with a bath and separate shower. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and built-in storage beneath the roofline, and shares a second bathroom on this level with a full bathtub. On the ground floor, two further bedrooms sit off the entry: one with two single beds and a wall-mounted TV, the other with a queen bed, desk and TV. Both share a third bathroom on this level, fitted with a walk-in shower.

This is a proper family home, the kind of place where you can relax, let the kids run around and not worry. Add the surfboards, bikes and kids' games out the back, and it's built for exactly this: everyone piling in and enjoying the space together.

At the front of the home, a spacious front yard leads to the entrance, with driveway off-street parking for one vehicle.

North Bondi offers a quieter, more residential side of the Bondi coastline, with the beach, coastal walks and local cafés and restaurants all within easy walking reach. The surrounding streets have a relaxed village atmosphere, with established favourites such as Shuk Bondi, Cafe Bondi and Porch and Parlour nearby, while North Bondi Fish and Icebergs offer destination dining by the water. Local grocers and everyday amenities are close at hand too, with regular bus services connecting the area to Bondi Junction and the CBD.

Home Truths
There is one parking space in the driveway (not the undercover garage). This space has limited size, so please ensure you do not block the pathway when parking. Unauthorised parking may result in council fines.
The main bedroom and Bedroom 4 are located upstairs. Please keep this in mind if you have mobility concerns or difficulty with stairs.

Cafés & Dining For a relaxed breakfast or morning coffee, Shuk Bondi and Cafe Bondi are local favourites, while Porch and Parlour offers a laid-back setting for brunch and lunch. For ocean views, North Bondi Fish and Bondi Icebergs are well-known spots for dining and drinks by the water.

Lifestyle & Leisure Bondi Beach is close by for swimming, surfing and long days by the ocean, while the Bondi to Bronte coastal walk offers one of Sydney's most scenic coastal routes. Biddigal Reserve provides a quieter green space for a picnic or an afternoon outdoors, while North Bondi RSL is a relaxed local option for drinks and casual dining.

Shops & Convenience For everyday groceries, North Bondi Grocer and The Lemon Tree Grocer offer convenient local options, while Campbell Parade provides a broader mix of shops, cafés, services and essentials. Bondi Junction is also within easy reach for larger-scale shopping and retail.

Getting Around

Public transport Frequent bus services, including the 333 and 380, run along Ramsgate Avenue and Campbell Parade, providing direct connections to Bondi Junction, Circular Quay and the Sydney CBD.

Uber Rideshare services such as Uber are readily available in this area, making getting around quick and convenient at any time of day.

Car share (GoGet) We recommend GoGet car share as a hassle-free alternative to bringing your own car. GoGet has pods nearby on Gould Street and Plowman Street in North Bondi. Cars can be hired by the hour, day or week, are easy to book via the app, and once signed up you can collect the key or card access quickly and easily.
