A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Welcome to Kona Mansions B116, a charming ground-floor retreat in the heart of Kailua-Kona, where rustic island character, thoughtful updates, and an incredibly convenient location come together for an easy Big Island getaway.
One of the best features of B116 is its ground-floor location, making arrivals with luggage, groceries, and beach gear refreshingly simple. Step inside and you’ll find a warm, inviting space with rustic-inspired décor that gives the condo plenty of personality and a relaxed, comfortable feel.
The kitchen is a standout, featuring beautiful butcher block countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a gas stove: a great setup whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or cooking dinner after a full day exploring the island. The natural wood tones and rustic finishes carry throughout the space, creating an atmosphere that feels casual, welcoming, and distinctly Kona.
Enjoy mountain views and the quieter residential feel of Building B while still being right in the middle of everything Kailua-Kona has to offer. Kona Mansions is ideally positioned near the heart of town, putting you close to Aliʻi Drive, beaches, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, nightlife, and the beautiful Kona coastline. Spend the morning snorkeling, explore the island during the day, and return in time to stroll into town for dinner or a sunset by the ocean.
The Kona Mansions community also offers a swimming pool and BBQ area, giving you even more ways to enjoy the warm Hawaiian weather without leaving the property.
Whether you're visiting the Big Island for adventure, relaxation, or a little of both, Kona Mansions B116 makes an excellent home base. With no stairs, an updated kitchen, gas cooking, mountain views, rustic island style, and a central Kailua-Kona location, this comfortable condo puts you exactly where you want to be for your next Hawaiian vacation.
