We want all of our guests to enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay while also respecting our wonderful neighbours and the local community.

We kindly ask that you:
Keep noise to a minimum, especially during the evening and overnight.
Respect the community`s quiet hours, particularly between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
Keep music, televisions, and conversations at a considerate volume, especially when using the outdoor areas.
Supervise children when playing outdoors and around communal areas.
Be considerate when arriving or leaving late at night by keeping voices and noise to a minimum.
Please remember that this is a residential community, and many neighbours live here year-round. Your cooperation helps ensure everyone can enjoy a peaceful environment.

Breakages & Damage
We understand that the occasional accident can happen during your stay.

Small accidental breakages, such as a glass, mug, or plate, will generally not incur a charge. We simply ask that you let us know so we can replace the item before our next guests arrive.

However, guests may be charged for the repair or replacement of larger items that are damaged through negligence or misuse. This includes, but is not limited to:

Televisions
Furniture
Appliances
Windows and doors
Outdoor furniture and parasols
Other fixtures, fittings, or property belonging to the accommodation
Please report any damage as soon as possible. Prompt notification allows us to resolve the issue quickly and helps ensure the property remains in excellent condition for future guests.


No Smoking Policy
For the comfort, health and safety of all our guests, this is a strictly non-smoking property.
Smoking, including the use of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, is not permitted anywhere inside the property.
If you wish to smoke, please do so outside only and ensure that cigarette ends are disposed of safely and responsibly in a suitable ashtray. Cigarette butts must not be discarded in the garden, on terraces, balconies or surrounding communal areas.
If there is evidence of smoking inside the property, including smoke odours, cigarette burns, ash, or damage caused by smoking, additional cleaning, deodorising or repair costs may be charged to the guest. Where applicable, these costs may be deducted from the security deposit or claimed through the booking platform.

We kindly ask all guests to respect this policy so we can maintain a fresh, clean and comfortable environment for everyone.

No Pets
To help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for all our guests, pets are not permitted at this property.

This policy applies to all animals, including dogs, cats and other domestic pets, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to your arrival.

Many of our guests have allergies or sensitivities to animal hair and dander, and this policy helps us provide a clean, hygienic and enjoyable environment for everyone.

If an unauthorised pet is brought into the property, the Property Manager reserves the right to:

Request that the pet is removed from the property immediately.
Charge for any additional cleaning required.
Charge for any repairs or replacement of damaged items.
Recover any associated costs through the security deposit or booking platform where applicable.
Assistance dogs that are legally recognised should be discussed with the Property Manager before arrival to ensure appropriate arrangements can be made where required by law.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a high standard of accommodation for all guests.

Guest Acknowledgement
By staying at this property, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the No Pets Policy. Any additional cleaning, repairs or damages resulting from an unauthorised pet may be charged to the lead guest.

Heating and Extraction
To help reduce energy consumption, please switch on the water heater approximately 20 minutes before showering and turn it off again when no longer required.

Please use the extractor fan whenever cooking to help eliminate odours and keep the kitchen fresh.
