A private laundry with a washer, sink, and drying rack makes longer stays easy, while lift access adds convenience. Year-round comfort is ensured with split-system air conditioning and heating in the living area, complemented by panel heaters and pedestal fans in each bedroom. Explore nearby Smith and Gertrude Streets for boutique shops, bars, and galleries, or take a 15-minute walk to the Melbourne Museum and the World Heritage-listed Royal Exhibition Building in Carlton Gardens. The nearest tram stop is just around the corner, connecting you directly to the CBD, theatres, shopping, and Melbourne’s other iconic precincts.

The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we don’t replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally.

Council restrictions do not allow us to set up lockboxes for keys in this area. We provide complimentary check-ins from 3pm-9pm. Please note there is an additional $66 charge after 9 pm and a $99 for key handovers after midnight. We will need to charge $55 per hour for late arrival to meet our key handler.
