This 220 m² holiday cottage features a spacious open-plan living area encompassing a dining room, a lounge with a television, and a games area equipped with a foosball table, darts, and children's games. The ground floor includes a bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM) with a double bed (140 cm) and an en-suite shower room, a laundry room with a cloakroom, and a separate accessible toilet. Upstairs, a second living room with a sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for two more people. There are also four bedrooms comprising three single beds (90 cm), one double bed (140 cm), and two queen-size beds (160 cm), as well as two shower rooms and two separate toilets. Outside, several areas are available: an enclosed courtyard with a covered terrace and relaxation area, a 5/6-person hot tub with an outdoor shower, a garden, a shaded terrace, a barbecue, and a pétanque court. Beds are made upon arrival, and utilities are included. In the heart of the Loire Forez region, La Ferme LAFAYGERIFAUD comfortably accommodates 11 people and offers an additional sleeping space in the upstairs living room with a sofa bed for two more. Bathed in light thanks to its large windows, this house combines authenticity, generous living spaces, and modern amenities. The cottage is next to a small working farm where you can see the suckler cows and a family of ducks swimming in a nearby fenced pond. Upon request, Christophe will be delighted to introduce you to his work and his livestock, offering both children and adults an authentic glimpse into the daily life of a working farm. After a day of exploring, take the time to gather around a meal on the terrace, relax in the spa, or extend the evening with a friendly game of pétanque. From your cottage, set off to discover the Forez region, a land of history and natural beauty. Visit the majestic Bâtie d'Urfé, the Château de Goutelas, or the Prieuré de Montverdun, true gems of local heritage. Hiking, cycling, farmers' markets, and local specialties from the Forez region will also enrich your stay. Located in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, this destination will appeal to both heritage enthusiasts and lovers of wide-open spaces.
