The home accommodates up to 8 guests across five beds:
Main level
Bedroom 1: King bed, dedicated workspace and private ensuite bathroom
Ensuite bathroom: Tub/shower combination
Bedroom 2: Queen bed and dedicated workspace
Living room with comfortable seating and Smart TV
Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and drip coffee maker
Full-size washer and dryer
Upstairs

Bedroom 4: Twin bed with a pull-out twin trundle

Smart TVs are available in the living room and bedrooms, and Wi-Fi is provided throughout the home.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 and the upstairs bathroom require climbing stairs.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located on the main level.
The main-level bathroom is private and attached to Bedroom 1.
The home does not have a dining table; the kitchen island seats 2.
The backyard is not fenced.
There is currently no grill, firepit or backyard furniture.
Up to 2 pets are permitted with a fee of $115 per pet, per stay.
Pets are not permitted on beds, sofas or other furniture.
Guests must pick up pet waste; waste bags are provided.
A locked storage closet is not available to guests.
The reservation holder must be at least 21 years old and remain at the property during the stay.
Completion of the Lazy Sunday Rentals guest agreement and ID verification is required after booking.
Optional early check-in and late checkout may be available for $75 each. Approval is required in advance.
