The original indoor pool, outdoor pool, and mini golf closed September 8, 2026 for construction. Ocean Lakes is targeting Memorial Day weekend 2027 for completion of the new facilities.
The expansion is planned to include a new resort-style outdoor pool with private cabanas, a much larger climate-controlled indoor pool, children`s splash pool and aquatic play area, two indoor body slides, expanded Game Center space, and new food service.
The separate Sandy Harbor Water Park operates seasonally. Guests should check current Ocean Lakes schedules before arrival because hours and attraction availability can vary with season, weather, staffing, maintenance, and construction.
