Nordseefewo Lämmerblick welcomes you to Stedesand, a peaceful rural area in northern Germany. This 100 sqm apartment accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, one featuring a bathtub. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, microwave, stove with ceramic hob, and oven. The bright, modern interior offers central heating, a workspace, TV, Wi-Fi, and high-speed fiber-optic internet—ideal for video conferences. Families will find a high chair and baby cot available. The apartment is step-free, non-smoking, and pet-free.

Enjoy open views of the countryside and guest garden from your two private balconies. The guest garden is exclusively yours, as there is only one holiday apartment on the property. It is filled with flowers and features a lawn, sandbox, swing, and both indoor and outdoor darts. A barbecue, outdoor shower, and a small playground are also available.

Two guest parking spaces are provided at the house. A shared charging station for electric cars and a washing machine in the apartment are available. Events are not permitted on the property.

The apartment is located 500 m outside the village in a quiet setting. Public transport is limited; the nearest train station is 5 km away. Shops, restaurants, and the North Sea beach in Dagebüll are easily reached by car, as is Langenberger Forest with hiking trails along the historic Ochsenweg and Heerweg. The area is ideal for hiking, jogging, and cycling. Nature lovers can spot sea eagles, deer, and hedgehogs right from the property. Nearby: forest walks, mudflat hikes, horseback riding, and an indoor pool in Leck.
