Experience traditional Norwegian cabin life in this cosy wooden cabin. Timber from floor to vaulted ceiling gives this cosy cabin a strong sense of traditional Norwegian character. The generous seating area invites long evenings together, while framed windows bring in natural light and views of the surrounding greenery. Decorative details reinforce the rustic atmosphere, and doors leading outside make it easy to carry morning coffee or evening conversation onto the terrace. A fireplace adds warmth when the weather turns cooler.

Around Åmli, forests, rivers and lakes set the scene for hiking, cycling and wildlife watching. Anglers can make use of the available fishing licence and enjoy peaceful hours by local waters. For a change of scenery, take a short trip towards Nissedal and the village of Treungen, surrounded by lakes and wooded landscapes. Alternatively, head to the coast and explore Risør, whose historic streets, harbour and maritime atmosphere offer a contrasting taste of southern Norway.
