With 500 m² of living space, four bedrooms and room for up to 10 guests, it is designed for families and groups looking for privacy, comfort and direct access to the Adriatic Sea.
The main living area is open, bright and connected to the outdoor terrace through large floor-to-ceiling glass doors. The ground floor also includes a wine room, laundry room and guest toilet.
Outside, the heated infinity pool faces the sea and features pool massage jets and a counter-current swimming system, creating a relaxing place to spend the day. The terrace includes sun loungers, umbrellas, an outdoor shower, a poolside fire pit, and a dining area with a gas barbecue. Private stairs lead directly from the villa to the rocky shore, where guests can swim in the clear turquoise Adriatic Sea.
All four bedrooms have king-size beds, private bathrooms and sea views. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, together with a spacious terrace and a separate spa room with a Finnish sauna and Turkish bath. The second floor includes the master bedroom with a bathtub, an office with an additional sofa bed and a private gym. The gym opens onto a sea-view terrace with an outdoor jacuzzi.
