Escape to the Corsican countryside in this welcoming holiday home. Exposed ceiling beams lend rustic character to this simple dining space, where the table provides a natural gathering place for leisurely breakfasts and evening meals. The kitchen runs along one side of the room, leaving an uncluttered area for sitting together, while tiled floors and straightforward wooden furniture reinforce the relaxed, practical atmosphere. A swimming pool adds another way to spend slow days at the property.

Castello di Rostino lies in the mountainous heart of Corsica, surrounded by rugged scenery, chestnut woodland and traditional villages. Walking is an appealing way to experience the landscape, while scenic drives reveal valleys, mountain passes and traces of the island’s rural heritage. Nearby Ponte Leccia provides shops and places to eat, and the historic town of Corte makes a rewarding excursion, combining an imposing citadel and atmospheric streets with access to some of Corsica’s most striking mountain scenery.
