Designed for those who appreciate architecture and thoughtful restoration, this reimagined 1940s Craftsman cottage near Lake Travis blends historic character with curated mid-century style. Meticulously rebuilt by a master carpenter, the home honors its original charm while living like new. Walk to the lake and the Sundancer Grill, enjoy nearby hiking and endless lake activities, and explore the gateway to Texas Hill Country wine country. This custom single-level 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home was thoughtfully rebuilt with a focus on craftsmanship, design, and comfort. Oak hardwood flooring runs throughout the entire home, creating warmth and continuity from room to room. Large windows fill the space with natural light and highlight the clean lines and custom finishes.

The home sleeps 6 comfortably, with two bedrooms plus a pull-out couch in the living room. A Pack ’n Play is available for guests traveling with babies.

The guest bathroom includes a deep soaking tub and teak wood flooring, giving it a relaxed, spa-like feel after a day on the lake.

The oversized primary suite feels like its own retreat. It features a king-size bed, a full desk that works well for remote work, and a couch for lounging. Doors open directly to the oak-shaded backyard. The ensuite bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower with a rain shower head and a double vanity made from a converted antique dresser, which adds a unique and memorable touch.

The kitchen is finished with butcher block countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances, a built-in gas range, and a built-in oven. It is functional and well suited for both everyday meals and hosting.

Step outside to a large backyard shaded by mature live oak trees. There is a gas grill for cooking, a high-top table for three, a picnic table for outdoor meals, and even a tire swing that adds a fun, classic touch to the space.

We are within walking distance to Lake Travis and offer private neighborhood lake access that guests are welcome to use, making it easy to enjoy swimming, kayaking, or simply spending time by the water.
