Stay in a refined 17th-century residence in the heart of Pontremoli. The guesthouse overlooks a beautiful Italian garden and a charming belvedere, beyond which lie a vegetable garden and a peaceful river. A unique setting where history meets contemporary comfort.

Ideally located between the sea and the mountains, the guesthouse is just 30 minutes from the Cinque Terre and Porto Venere, 40 minutes from Forte dei Marmi, and approximately one hour from Pisa and Lucca.

THE SPACE:

The apartment features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests.

Bedroom 1 - features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, with views over the courtyard.
Bedroom 2 - has a double bed, while Bedroom 3 offers two single beds. Both overlook the garden and share a bathroom located in the hallway.

The apartment also includes a kitchenette, a dining room, and a private entrance opening onto the Italian-style garden. Guests have exclusive use of an iron table and chairs, creating a lovely setting for al fresco meals during the warmer months.

GUEST ACCESS

During your stay, you are welcome to wander through the garden and vegetable garden or visit the Belvedere. On its first floor, you will find a charming sitting room offering beautiful views over the palace, the town, and the surrounding countryside.
