Situated on the 1st floor of a historic Florentine building, this three-room layout combines traditional Tuscan architectural elements—such as original terracotta floor tiles and tall timber ceiling beams—with classic wooden furniture and modern pieces and art.

The living and dining room features a full-size sofa that converts into a double bed for two guests, alongside a dining table and flat-screen TV. Adjacent to the living area, the independent bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, and storage space for clothing.

The standalone kitchen is fully equipped with a stove-top, a microwave, a refrigerator, and complete cookware, allowing for full meal preparation. The updated bathroom includes a glass walk-in shower, basin, bidet, and toilet.

An independent air conditioning unit is installed to control room temperature throughout the year.

Please note for full transparency: the apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building without an elevator, and is entirely reserved for your private use.
