Step into the warmth and comfort of Résidence Pra Sainte-Marie, where traditional alpine style meets modern convenience. Nestled within charming semi-detached chalets, our well-appointed apartments feature wood-accented interiors, kitchenettes, and private balconies or terraces—many with breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. Whether you're traveling as a couple or a family, choose from a cozy studio for two, a spacious apartment for four, or a versatile two/three-room option for up to six guests.

Located in the heart of Vars Sainte-Marie in the stunning Southern Alps, you're just steps from lifts, hiking trails, and endless year-round outdoor fun. In winter, ski straight into the action. In summer, the mountain transforms into a playground for hiking, biking, and paragliding. Even better—pets are welcome! Bring your furry friend along for scenic alpine walks or join one of the many pet-friendly community hikes hosted in the region.

After a day of adventure, explore the nearby village for hearty Savoyard cuisine. Grab a cheesy tartiflette at a rustic chalet restaurant, or sip a warm drink on a sun-drenched terrace. With markets, cafés, and bakeries just a short drive away, you’ll have all the ingredients for a perfect mountain escape—tailored for couples, families, and yes, even four-legged companions.
