Loved the whole concept and atmosphere of Ubuntu Live. The room was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully designed, and the location is fantastic — right in the heart of Phuket Old Town, so we could walk almost everywhere. As vegan travellers, having Ubuntu Eat, a fully vegan café, just downstairs was probably our favourite part! The common space was also lovely for relaxing and meeting other travellers. It genuinely felt more like a little home than a hotel.
Nothing that bothered us. Just keep in mind that the bathrooms are shared but they are so modern, and they had rainshowers, so no complain, and the rooms are upstairs, so there are stairs — but they are not steep. So no complaints really.
