Next to the closet is a large flat screen TV mounted on the wall. Below a white wicker framed mirror on the wall is a matching wicker chest of drawers with a glass top. The bathroom is a full bath with a huge mirror mounted on the wall.

The balcony has updated patio table and chairs to enjoy the view of the ocean.

The kitchen is decked out with a stainless-steel refrigerator, a stovetop oven, a white dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen walls are a light turquoise and has granite countertops with two barstools on the bar end of the counter. New kitchen cabinets and a cocktail table.

The dining area has a lovely dark oak, granite top, dining table and chairs have been updated.

The condo has a full white washer and dryer.
