Clean, very good location, size of the room is good and the owner is responsive
Beds are a bit hard

Excellent place to stay in downtown Kowloon. Neat, air-conditioned room, no noise from neighbours. Very easy access to the subway.
Elevators extremely temperamental and busy: at peak time, long waiting times to get to 13th floor.
