With shutters in the living room keeping the sun out on especially hot afternoons or keep them open completely to reveal breathtaking ocean and Catalina views, this home is cozy and bright to lounge in after a long day on the beach. A flat screen TV in the living area is great for movie nights after a refreshing day at the beach.

- Parking is provided at your rental unit. However, we cannot guarantee your vehicle will fit in the designated spot, so you may need to find street parking. Street parking can be impacted due to proximity to the beach.
- We do our best to stay on top of any remodels or construction happening near our properties, but construction can pop up in the City of Newport Beach without notice. By city rule, construction is only permitted Monday through Friday, 7am to 6:30pm.
