Multiple levels of outdoor space offer ocean and beach views, and the location is just steps to the sand as well as dozens of local shopping and dining options.

The downstairs living and dining area flows to the kitchen with high-end stainless appliances, granite counters and a spacious pantry. The breakfast bar seats four for quick meals or drinks. The living room has a comfortable L-shaped couch perfect for lounging, a fireplace and a mounted flat screen TV. The high-boy dining table seats four for meals or games or sharing the days experiences.

All 3 bedrooms are on the second floor. The master suite at the front of the house has a king bed, fireplace, and balcony with ocean view. It also has an en suite bathroom with 2 vanities and a beautiful custom tile walk-in shower. The middle bedroom has two twin beds and shares the hall bath with granite counters and tile shower. The back bedroom is a “second master” with a king bed, a balcony with views, a flat screen TV and the adjacent hall bath. The third story has a full sized, pull out sofa bed along with a wet bar, mini fridge, flat screen TV and a half bath.

Outdoor living spaces are abundant at this rental. - Thanks to our cool coastal breeze, most Newport Beach homes do not have air conditioning (AC). Every home comes with fans so you can open the windows and enjoy the beach air like a local. If AC is important to you, please double check if it is listed as an amenity.
- Parking is provided at your rental unit. However, we cannot guarantee your vehicle will fit in the designated spot, so you may need to find street parking. Street parking can be impacted due to proximity to the beach.
- We do our best to stay on top of any remodels or construction happening near our properties, but construction can pop up in the City of Newport Beach without notice. By city rule, construction is only permitted Monday through Friday, 7am to 6:30pm.
