This stunning new-construction home offers three floors of impeccable design, high-end finishes, and thoughtful details throughout. Just a few homes from the waterfront, it’s only a short stroll until your toes are in the sand. With brand-new appliances, modern amenities, and ample indoor-outdoor living spaces, this property is the ultimate family getaway.
As our guest, enjoy complimentary local experiences curated to help you make the most of Newport Beach. Activity offerings are seasonal and may include whale watching, harbor cruises, E-BIKE rentals, kayaks & paddle boards, and electric boat rentals.
Other Important Details:
- Thanks to our cool coastal breeze, most Newport Beach homes do not have air conditioning (AC). Every home comes with fans so you can open the windows and enjoy the beach air like a local. If AC is important to you, please double check if it is listed as an amenity.
- Parking is provided at your rental unit. However, we cannot guarantee your vehicle will fit in the designated spot, so you may need to find street parking. Street parking can be impacted due to proximity to the beach.
- We do our best to stay on top of any remodels or construction happening near our properties, but construction can pop up in the City of Newport Beach without notice. By city rule, construction is only permitted Monday through Friday, 7am to 6:30pm.
