This unit also has hardwood floors, a washer/dryer, mini splits, TV's in both the living room and bedrooms.

Windward Suites properties are all keyless, and instead use keypad smart locks for all of the doors for both the buildings and units. All guests will receive an email the morning of their arrival with the instructions, codes to the doors and Wifi. Super easy!

Parking is off street with one spot assigned per unit. If you have additional guests, on street parking in the neighborhood is very easy to find.
