Boasting unparalleled charm, exquisite design, and prime location, this exceptional vacation rental offers an unforgettable retreat for families and groups seeking an idyllic island getaway. This vacation rental has 4 well appointed bedrooms. The main master bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bath and balcony with seating. A second master bedroom offers a queen bed, an en-suite bath with a tub and shower combo, a balcony with seating and direct access to the loft. The 2 remaining bedrooms offer 2 twin beds in one and a full and a twin bed the another.

Conveniently located on Balboa Island, guests can explore the charming streets lined with boutiques, galleries, and restaurants, or take a leisurely stroll along the waterfront promenade. - Thanks to our cool coastal breeze, most Newport Beach homes do not have air conditioning (AC). Every home comes with fans so you can open the windows and enjoy the beach air like a local. If AC is important to you, please double check if it is listed as an amenity.
- Parking is provided at your rental unit. However, we cannot guarantee your vehicle will fit in the designated spot, so you may need to find street parking. Street parking can be impacted due to proximity to the beach.
- We do our best to stay on top of any remodels or construction happening near our properties, but construction can pop up in the City of Newport Beach without notice. By city rule, construction is only permitted Monday through Friday, 7am to 6:30pm.
