We stayed at Indium Durrat Tulum with a group of 18, and honestly, it was an incredible experience. Having everything included made the whole trip so easy and stress-free. One of the things that really stood out to us was the Indium Durrat messaging and service app. You can message the team directly and request pretty much anything you need, schedule an outing, arrange a dinner, or take care of different details during your stay. That level of service was exceptional and made everything feel very personalized. The private chef was fantastic, the food was amazing, and the yacht and jet skis were definitely some of our favorite parts of the trip. The villa itself is beautiful, spacious, and very private. The staff was also incredibly attentive and always available when we needed anything.

Honestly, there wasn't much we didn't like. If anything, our only complaint was that the stay went by way too fast. Traveling with a group of 18 can usually be complicated, but everything here was so well organized that it felt surprisingly easy.

The property is incredibly spacious, inviting, and impeccably luxurious, positioning itself as one of the best in Tulum. The infinity pool and the upper-level Jacuzzi—with its stunning view—were an absolute delight, as was the modern gym. The service provided by the chef and waitstaff was exceptional, and the airport transfer was remarkably punctual; it was undoubtedly an outstanding experience, and I would book it again without hesitation.

Honestly, everything was perfect; the attention, the facilities, and the service completely exceeded our expectations, and there wasn’t a single negative aspect during our stay.

Traveling with 17 family members can be quite chaotic, but Indium Durrat provided the absolute perfect space for everyone to be incredibly comfortable and relaxed. The common areas and the pool were the best spots for us to hang out and laugh all day without ever feeling crowded. On top of that, the villa's decor is gorgeous and truly makes you feel disconnected from the outside world.

Absolutely everything was exceptional! The only thing I honestly didn't like was having to pack our bags, end our vacation, and leave this beautiful property. We really didn't want to go home.
