We had a wonderful stay at Terrazza Grattaciello. We booked this apartment last minute as our other accommodation cancelled on us. This was an amazing find! The penthouse apartment was so large and comfortable. It is newly renovated and the beds, pillows and bathroom are the best we have had in Italy. The apartment has a large open terrace. The terrace and bedrooms have a stunning 180 degree view of the sea and Mt Stromboli. The sunsets at night are spectacular! The location was fantastic with great coffee and pastries just around the corner. Restaurants, cafes, shopping and the beautiful beaches are just a short walk away. The building and lift is old but the apartment is worth it. Massimo was an amazing host, very friendly, generous and helpful, great communication. Check-in and out were easy. The apartment doesn’t have parking but we easily found parking closeby (look for the white parking spaces). We would highly recommend this property to others visiting beautiful Tropea and we look forward to staying again.

The sea view is absolutely breathtaking — something we will definitely remember from our time in Calabria. The location is also perfect: close to the beach, the charming centre of Tropea, and the train station, which made everything very convenient for us. Massimo is a wonderful host — kind, welcoming, and always available whenever we needed anything. He truly made us feel at home.
