Welcome to Hecks Hideaway, a warm and relaxing lake retreat nestled on a peninsula near the B1 marker by Smith Mountain. With deep water, refreshing breezes, and beautiful lake views, this is the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy time on the water.

Spend your days tubing, swimming, boating, or simply relaxing by the lake. In the evening, gather on the dock for dinner and drinks, or head out for a sunset cruise as the sky lights up over the water. Guests are welcome to dock their boat right at the house, and a public boat launch is conveniently located just one mile away.

Inside, each bedroom is designed for a comfortable night's rest with cozy down comforters and hotel-quality sheets. The screened-in porch is a favorite spot for morning coffee, an afternoon drink, reading, or gathering around the picnic table for cards and casual meals.

For the ultimate lakefront experience, enjoy dinner on the dock with seating for six, or unwind at the high-top table with a drink while taking in the peaceful surroundings.

Whether you're planning a fun-filled lake getaway or a relaxing escape, Hecks Hideaway offers the perfect place to make lasting memories by the water.
