Small groups travel light here and want everything close — and it is. Park once in the shared garage and walk everywhere: the lifts, the shops and restaurants of River Run, the nearby playground and mini golf for restless kids in the off-season.

Inside, the fireplace and big sectional make evenings easy, while the round table handles family dinners and card games. The kitchen is fully stocked, down to the crock pot, so you can trade a few restaurant meals for cozy nights in. Parents get the plush bed with lamps and a TV of its own; the little ones bunk down on the sofa sleeper, and the tub-shower bath is right there for bath night.

The balcony is the bonus room — wooden chairs, lantern light, and a view down to the courtyard where the shared hot tubs steam beneath the evergreens. It's a snug, smart winter hideaway; book Silver Mill 8153 before the season fills.

Parking for one vehicle is included in the building's free shared garage.
