A peaceful 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom retreat on a corner lot offers versatility that meets everyone’s needs. While keeping Newport’s restaurants, waterfront, beaches and attractions within easy reach whenever you want them, this thoughtfully appointed home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood set back just far enough from downtown to skip the traffic while maintaining easy access. Start your mornings at the coffee shop around the corner, stroll to town on the sidewalk-lined streets, or grab the rackets and head to the tennis and pickleball courts, only steps away. The well equipped kitchen, dining area, substantial laundry station (washer, dryer, iron, folding bench, sink), a WFH nook, fenced in front yard, porch, 2 off-street parking spaces, and patio make this an ideal place to enjoy Newport during any season.
