Set just 10 minutes walk from the Pula Arena, this freshly renovated apartment offers a calm, green retreat within easy reach of the old town. The interior is light and contemporary — white walls, wood floors and large windows that fill the rooms with sun throughout the day.

The open-plan living area combines a comfortable sofa lounge, dining table and a fully equipped modern kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, hob and all the essentials for cooking at home. Two bedrooms (one king bed and the other queen bed) each equipped with spacious closets and mirrors. The main bathroom features a spacious walk-in rain shower.

Outside, the private garden is the highlight: a shaded pergola with a dining table for long evening meals, plus a separate lounge seating area for morning coffee or a glass of wine after the beach.

Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing/drying machine, free parking.

Shops, cafés and restaurants are within walking distance, with the Arena, the seafront promenade and Pula's beaches all a short walk or drive away.
