Welcome to your home away from home in Norman — a beautifully renovated 4-bedroom retreat within walking distance of the University of Oklahoma campus and Gaylord Family Oklahoma Memorial Stadium. Whether you're visiting for an OU game weekend, graduation, Parents Weekend, campus events, or simply gathering with family and friends, this home offers the perfect combination of location, comfort, character, and style.

Thoughtfully renovated from top to bottom while preserving the charm of the original home, you'll find gorgeous hardwood floors, high ceilings, designer lighting, quartzite countertops, custom cabinetry, Baldwin crystal doorknobs, Rejuvenation and Pottery Barn hardware and finishes, and beautifully remodeled bathrooms throughout.

Room for the Whole Crew

With four bedrooms and a combination of 1 king bed, 4 queen beds, and 1 full bed, there's plenty of comfortable sleeping space for families and groups. Each bedroom features comfortable mattresses, quality pillows, luxury bedding, and window coverings designed to make your stay feel a little more like home.

The spacious upstairs primary suite is its own retreat, complete with a sitting area, walk-in closet, and beautifully remodeled bathroom with a relaxed bungalow feel.

OU fans will especially love our dedicated Boomer Sooner room, complete with an adjacent OU-themed bathroom — the perfect spot to get into the game-day spirit.

A Kitchen Made for Gathering

The fully stocked kitchen was designed for both cooking and entertaining, featuring quartzite countertops, a 36-inch gas range and cooktop, KitchenAid dishwasher, custom cabinetry with pull-out storage, a built-in pantry, Signature Hardware bridge faucet, and beautiful dolomite backsplash.

Just off the kitchen, the breakfast room features a custom built-in banquette with storage and a woven wood shade.

For larger meals, gather around the home's one-of-a-kind antique farmhouse table from New Orleans, with seating for 10. A dedicated bar station makes it easy to set up drinks, snacks, and everything you need before heading out for game day.

Outdoor Living

One of our favorite parts of the home is the outdoor space. Start your morning with coffee on the charming front porch swing, enjoy dinner outside on the raised deck just off the kitchen, or wind down around the fire pit after a day on campus.

The fully fenced yard features wrought iron fencing, professional landscaping, a brick patio and walkway, and a dedicated flagstone fire-pit area with six Adirondack chairs — perfect for cool Norman evenings, cocktails, conversation, and post-game celebrations.

The deck offers additional outdoor dining and lounge space, including a large, comfortable sofa.

Thoughtfully Renovated

This isn't your typical rental. The home has undergone an extensive renovation with both comfort and character in mind. Updates include refinished original hardwood floors, a completely redesigned kitchen, three renovated bathrooms with new tile and quartzite countertops, new plumbing and lighting fixtures, designer hardware, custom cabinetry and storage, updated electrical, new interior and exterior paint, and carefully selected finishes throughout.

Outside, German-smear brickwork, a designer gas lantern, professional landscaping, and charming architectural details give the home beautiful curb appeal from the moment you arrive.

The home also has two A/C units for added comfort and a full basement that can provide shelter during severe weather.

You Can't Beat the Location

Leave the car behind and enjoy one of the best parts of staying here — OU is within walking distance. Walk to campus, Gaylord Family Oklahoma Memorial Stadium, nearby restaurants, food, and local favorites, then come home to a comfortable place where your entire group can relax together.

We've created this home to be more than somewhere to sleep. It's a place to gather around the table, sit by the fire, celebrate a Sooner win, visit your college student, spend time with family, and make memories in Norman.

Come stay awhile, settle in, and make our Norman bungalow your home away from home. Boomer Sooner!
