This charming 300 sqft apartment is in the heart of Downtown Chandler, perfect for a mid-term stay for traveling professionals or a short-term stay for two. Experience the vibrant downtown life with live music at The Perch, arcade games at The Uncommon, casual dining at The Brickyard, and fine dining at Elliott`s Steakhouse. Enjoy the famous SanTan Brewery, Murphy`s Law Irish Pub, and more. Don`t miss Jake`s Ice Cream Shop for a sweet treat—all within walking distance.

No access to the mailbox will be given during the term of a Short Term Rental stay. Should a guest need to receive mail, guest must open a PO BOX. It is okay to mail packages directly to the front door. Management company will not be responsible for any lost/stolen mail.
