Ground floor: large living/dining room flooded with light through two big bay windows, with a relaxation area, fiber internet and 5G. Fully equipped open kitchen with brand-new appliances: conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and a genuine freezer.

Upstairs: Bedroom 1 with a bed (140x200), a wardrobe, a 3-drawer chest and two large storage drawers, with a sea view right from waking up. Bedroom 2: 2 modular single beds (can be separated, stacked or joined together depending on travelers), also with a chest of drawers. Baby equipment: a foldable travel cot, a high chair, and a baby bath.
Bathroom: Italian-style walk-in shower, sink, shower gel and hairdryer provided.
Toilet: separate from the bathroom.

Transport & Access by Car:
TGV stations: Lamballe (25 min) and Saint-Brieuc (35 min). Regular bus network nearby.
Excursions: Saint-Malo (1h), Rennes (1h10), Mont Saint-Michel (1h20).

Short-term seasonal tourist rental only (2-night minimum, one night possible at full rate by request). (Student, private, professional or worker leases strictly forbidden. Parties and receptions forbidden.)
Pets & Smoking: Pets over 10kg not allowed (hygiene/allergy reasons).
Strictly non-smoking accommodation (smoking limited to the outdoor terrace with an ashtray).
Arrivals/Departures: Personalized welcome by the on-site owners.
Check-in from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Check-out before 11:00 am, with luggage drop-off and storage possible before and after these times.
Waste management: Compostable waste is handled by the owners; otherwise guests simply drop bags in the sorting bins 200m away.

NIGHTLY RATES (2026-2027 Season)

From €99 in low season (2-night minimum – €139 for 1 night), €199 per night in peak season for a 5-day minimum stay.
A flat €30 cleaning fee applies regardless of stay length.

NOTE: For hikers along the GR34, sea cyclists, or for a family celebration or a spur-of-the-moment stay, one night is possible at full rate, though the cleaning fee still applies. Please contact us.
