Upper Level King Suite #2: King bed and private en-suite bathroom with shower. Closet with wooden hangers.

Upper Level King Suite #3: King bed and private en-suite bathroom with shower. Closet with wooden hangers and full-length mirror.

Golf Lounge Bunk Suite #1: Queen-over-queen bunks (sleeps 4) with private en-suite bathroom and tub/shower combo. Closet with wooden hangers and full-length mirror.

Golf Lounge Bunk Suite #2: Queen-over-queen bunks (sleeps 4) with closet and wooden hangers. The Golf Lounge Hall Bath is just down the hall.

Additional Sleeping: Queen sleeper sofas in the Main Level living room and the Golf Lounge.

Every bedroom has a Smart TV, dresser, bedside USB charging and a luggage rack.

PARKING + ACCESS
- 4 paved parking spaces; groups are limited to 4 vehicles (no overflow parking)
- 4WD is not required, but some mountain roads are steep and one section of the neighborhood road can ice over in freezing weather
- There's a significant dip where the neighborhood road meets the main road; low-clearance vehicles should take it slowly

PRIVATE GUEST ACCESS
Your group has the entire cabin and all guest amenities to yourselves. Only locked owner and maintenance closets are off-limits.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Primary guest must be 25+ and stay on-site for the entire reservation
- Registered guests only; no parties or events
- Signed Stay Agreement required before arrival
- No smoking, vaping or pets
- Multi-level home with stairs, decks, rooftop, pool, sauna, hot tub and sports court; children should be supervised at all times
- One exterior camera on the front porch monitors only the entrance, driveway and parking area. No cameras inside or in private areas.
- Summit After Dark is in a growing new-construction community; nearby construction may occur and dust can settle on outdoor surfaces
- Bears and other wildlife are part of Smoky Mountain life; pollen and leaves can collect on decks between cleanings
- Cell service varies by carrier; Wi-Fi covers the whole cabin
