This contemporary townhouse boasts a prime waterside position overlooking the lake and marina in Oulton Broad – a fantastic holiday spot for families and groups keen to explore both Suffolk and Norfolk. It’s got plenty of space, with four beautiful floors. You’ll be on the outskirts of Lowestoft (2 miles), with a good selection of shops, cafés, restaurants and traditional pubs within 1 mile. It’s easy to get into the great outdoors, with excellent walking, cycling, birdwatching and wildlife spotting in the surrounding area. Lowestoft has sandy beaches, independent shops, cafés and the historic Mincarlo museum (2 miles) and East Suffolk Maritime Museum (3 miles). Great Yarmouth (10 miles) has classic seaside attractions along its Golden Mile and, further afield, the historic city of Norwich (25.5 miles) is well worth exploring for its shopping, architecture and thriving food scene.
