THE SPACE
From the moment you step through the private gated courtyard — framed by arched ironwork, bougainvillea, and hand-painted Talavera pottery — you'll feel the magic of old Palm Springs blended with modern comfort. Inside, the home has been completely renovated with designer finishes while keeping its warm Spanish soul: exposed wood beams, a stunning staircase wrapped in colorful Spanish tile, wrought-iron sconces, and original art in every room.
The open-concept main floor flows effortlessly from the living room to the dining area and showstopper kitchen. Sink into the plush sectional or a vintage leather club chair beneath the beamed ceiling, gather six around the antique oak dining table, or step through the sliders to your private fabulous private patio for morning coffee with hummingbirds and mountain views.
