Please keep in mind that the cost of maintaining the hot tub will vary depending on the length of your stay. Because of this, we will have to adjust the price after we have talked with you to determine the rate.

When you book with us, a hold of $200 will be put on your card starting the day you arrive until 7 days post departure. If all of the check-out items on the departure list are completed and no extra cleaning is required, the hold on your card will be released. *Reminder: This functions, not as a charge where the money ever leaves your account, but as a pre-authorized amount by the cardholder that could be retained if extra cleaning is needed after your stay.
