[Spacious Entire-House Vacation Rental]

Located in the Ajiro area of Atami City, this entire-house vacation rental can accommodate up to 15 guests. Set on a spacious lot exceeding 1,000 ㎡, the property features a spacious building with a floor area of approximately 200 ㎡, making it ideal for family vacations, stays with multiple families, groups of friends, and company retreats.

During your stay, the building and grounds are reserved exclusively for your group. Since you won’t have to share the premises with other guests, as you would in a hotel, you can relax and enjoy private time with your loved ones.

[Guest Rooms & Facilities]

The property features a total of four bedrooms—three Western-style rooms and one Japanese-style room—allowing you to sleep separately based on group size or family composition. With two bathrooms and two toilets, bathing and morning routines run relatively smoothly even when hosting large groups.

The spacious living and dining area is a shared space where everyone can enjoy meals together and spend quality time as a group. A kitchen and free Wi-Fi are also available.

The property features a whirlpool tub (with massage function). Please note that the baths at this facility are not hot springs. If you’d like to experience a hot spring, please enjoy the nearby day-trip hot spring facilities.

[BBQ Terrace Connected to the Living Room and Kitchen]

Since the terrace connects directly to the living room and kitchen, it’s easy to carry food and drinks back and forth, allowing you to enjoy your BBQ while moving freely between indoors and outdoors. It is equipped with all-weather BBQ facilities, making it easy to use even on rainy days.

Although this facility is not oceanfront, you can enjoy views of the coast from the terrace. With its open-air terrace and spacious garden, please enjoy a quintessential Atami getaway with your family and friends.

We provide four free parking spaces on the premises. This is convenient for multiple families or groups arriving with several cars.
