Welcome to our new house located in Lesparre-Médoc, perfect for holidays with family or friends! Comfortable, spacious and bright, it can accommodate up to 10 people thanks to its 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

🌊 Only 20 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and the superb Lake Hourtin, you can easily enjoy beaches, swimming, water sports or walks in the middle of nature. Lacanau is also a 40-minute drive away, as is Montalivet, a lively seaside resort. Want to discover the other bank? Take the Verdon ferry to Royan in less than an hour!

🌊 Just 20 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and the beautiful Lake Hourtin, you'll enjoy easy access to beaches, swimming, water sports, and scenic walks. The lively beach town of Lacanau is only 40 minutes away, Montalivet is even closer, and you can even take the ferry from Le Verdon to Royan in under an hour for a day trip across the estuary.

Travellers' access
The garage can be used to shelter bicycles and motorbikes. It will be made available for a deposit of 500 euros (non-cashable, only credit card or cheque imprint) because it contains fragile tools.

Other remarks
The electric charging socket for vehicles is located next to the Garage. It has an independent meter. To use it, it must be triggered remotely. The traveller will have to pay the amount consumed during his stay before leaving the house: €0.25 per kw/h.
