Welcome to your home away from home in vibrant Jätkäsaari — right by the sea and just a short stroll from downtown Helsinki! This spacious and modern two-floor apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing city stay, whether you’re here for business, family time, or a Scandinavian escape.
Perfect for up to 8 guests, the apartment features two bedrooms, a full bathroom with a private sauna, a guest bathroom, and plenty of space for everyone to unwind. Enjoy fresh ocean air on one of the two private balconies.
🚗 Free private parking with possibility to charge your EV (requires your own Schuko charger)
🛋 Roomy 86 m² layout spread over two floors — great for families or groups
🍽 Fully equipped kitchen — cook meals and dine together
📕 House Rules. Breaking the rules may result in your stay being cancelled before checkout or additional payments.
🤫 Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Please maintain reasonable noise levels throughout your stay. Hosting parties is not allowed. If we receive any complaints from neighbours, we will address them immediately. A written warning from the housing association’s board will incur a €1,000 fine.
🚭 Smoking, vaping, or related activities are not allowed in the apartment, on the balcony, or in the building. A minimum fine of €1,000 will be charged for smoking in the apartment.
🐶 Pets are allowed but must be added to the reservation, and having pets on the reservation is subject to an additional fee. Undeclared pets will result in a payment of 300€. Any damage caused by the pets is fully reimbursed by the guest.
👠 Please remove your shoes at the entrance. This is a cultural practice in Finland, a way to reduce noise and protect property.
👨👨👦👦 All guests must be included in the reservation. No unregistered visitors are permitted. If undeclared guests are found, an additional €50 per person per night will be charged.
🧳 Leaving luggage in the building before or after your stay is prohibited.
🕒 Late checkout is not allowed without prior approval. If you are still at the apartment after the scheduled checkout time, a fee of €10 per hour will be charged. If our cleaner has to wait for you to vacate, an additional €60 per hour will be charged. If your late checkout delays the next guest’s check-in, you will be charged the cost of the first night`s stay for the next guest’s stay.
